Situated on west side of Little Elk Lake (near Zimmerman, MN) and sits on a 1 acre wooded property with a breathtaking, southeast facing, view of the lake front perfect for spectacular sunrises. A dock for you to fish from and secure your boat or perhaps jet skis.
Recently, the house was beautifully updated with a stunning kitchen to include a wine cooler. Outfitted with new furniture. It’s just simply stated, a perfect place to relax with family and friends, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the patio or perhaps enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets.
