5,900 sqft 7 bedrooms including 2 master bedroom suites with king size beds.
Renter must be at least 30 years of age, proof of age is required. Do NOT contact if do not meet the age requirement. I will not rent to adults over 30 years of age signing for a minor. 19 is the maximum occupancy which includes children of any age. Outside guests are not allowed. Outside guests are anyone not staying at the home. This is non-negotiable.
1st master suite on the first floor with tv,2 sitting rooms,jacuzzi tub,shower and laundry. Living room has wood burning fireplace,wood burning stove,tv,slider to very spacious deck. Very large kitchen with stainless steel appliances,wine fridge and seating for 4 at breakfast bar. Deck off of kitchen. Dining room seats 8 with slider to deck.
2nd master suite in lower level with walk-in closet and bathroom with rain shower head,tv,slider to deck and hot tub. 1 bedroom lower level with queen bed and slider out to deck. Lower level has gym,bathroom with steam shower and laundry room.
2nd floor pool table. Full bathroom. 1st bedroom bunk bed full over full with twin trundle,tv,xbox360 and wii, couch and desk. 2nd bedroom queen bed with couch and tv. 3rd bedroom queen bed.
3 car garage.
Private in-law apartment above garage with queen bed,living room with pull-out couch,full kitchen,laundry,full bathroom and private deck.
All linens are provided. Non smoking. No pets. Wifi. Cable TV. Air conditioning. Grill. Outdoor fire pit.
House is set back on almost 6 acres surrounded by woods.
Atv trails near by. Mohegan Sun Casino is 30 mins. away. Mount Airy Casino Resort and outlets about 35 mins away. Lake Wallenpaupack is 30 mins away. Lake Winola is 30 mins away. Several ski resorts in area closest being 20 minutes away. Pocono Raceway 40 Minutes away.

Summary: This house worked wonderfully for our family of 12 from several different states to gather for a few days. The kitchen is large and allowed everyone to feel connected during meal preparation. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The back yard is lovely and folks were able to enjoy spending a bit of time throwing a football around and playing yard games while a few others were in the hot tub. Outdoor porches everywhere gave opportunity to enjoy the beautiful setting. Michelle responded quickly to the couple of questions we had. We appreciated finding a house that we could all comfortably gather in.
