And the other best part-it is SO close to Rocky Branch Marina, where you can park a boat, or rent a Boat-this is new in 2023-or just stop in for Ice Cream for the Kids or a Quick Snack!
This 3 Bedroom and Bunkroom will fit multiple families-providing Two Masters, a Bunk Room and Game room, and a Kids room right off the Master! Let's start with the Bedrooms...
The Master is set up perfectly. It is HUGE and will be a hit for the entire family. It has two Dressers so that you can put away your clothes and get comfy for your time! It also has a 32 inch Smart TV. It is really cool that it also includes a Swing in the Bedroom so that you can relax, Read a Book, Take a Nap, or Just Take in the beautiful Views. And when you are ready, it has direct access to the Patio sliding doors to go out and enjoy the outdoors!
It has a Master Shower with a Bathtub and it is a large space that is great for having multiple people in here at once. The best part, it has a secret doorway behind the master door that has its own separate Kids Room! It's blocked off so you don't have to worry about waking the kiddos-or them waking you;) This will be perfect for your little ones that want to be close to you, but you want them to have their own room!
The Second Master Bedroom is located just off the hallway from the kitchen, it is a really tranquil and beautiful space, and also has an ensuite bathroom with Shower tub. It's a beautiful space to come and relax! It also includes a large closet to hang your clothes and put them away. It also has a 32 inch Smart Tv for your stay.
Next, we travel downstairs where there are 4 Queen Bunkbeds waiting for you to lay your head down, or also a great place for teenagers or kiddos that like to get away from the adults because it is a HUGE gameroom as well. The Bunkroom has a 65 inch TV, its own Refrigerator/Freezer, Large Sectional Couch, Multiple Dressers to put your clothes away, a Ping Pong Table and Paddles, and Direct Access to the Sliding door outside.
Once Outside, you are welcomed by a couple of Patio sets for your enjoyment and relaxation. There is also a firepit available for your use downstairs.
The Upstairs Patio is Gorgeous! It has fantastic views of Rocky Branch, we especially love the evenings when all the fun lights are on the dock! Feel free to enjoy a refreshing beverage as you sit on the deck and grill some burgers on the Gas Grill! It really is a magical place.
Speaking of Grilling, let's talk about the Kitchen Amenities. We have everything you need to cook, that includes everything that you would find in a kitchen of your own! No need to bring anything except for your food and drinks, we have everything else covered!
We have a fully stocked kitchen including an Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Freezer, Blender, Toaster, Waffle Maker, Keurig with K Cups or Carafe, and a few Pitchers.
If you are feeding a crew, we have a lot of seating, there is a large Kitchen Table that seats 10, a card table that seats 6, 2 barstool chairs that seat a couple at the bar island, and a table outside that seats 6. Plus we have the seating of 2 couches outside, one on the top deck, and one on the bottom deck.
In case you would like to do laundry during your stay, we have a full Washer and Dryer available upstairs next to the hallway outside of the Master Bedroom.
This is a fantastic place for families to come and enjoy what Lake Living is All About- Swimming, Tubing, Kayaking, Fishing, Surfing and Relaxing at the Most Beautiful Lake in Arkansas! We have all of the amenities covered so all you have to do is Bring your Food and Drink and You will have the Time of Your Life!
Newly Remodeled and extremely Fantastic! And feel free to bring your well-trained puppies to stay, we love our puppies and know they love the lake too!! If they are trained, they are welcome to stay!!
