This stunning, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit provides you with a magnificent view of Little Sarasota Bay and a 2 minute walk to your private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Your quiet balcony provides a perfect setting for morning coffee, overlooking the beautiful water and serene landscape.
This unit has a large modern kitchen, with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is located on the relaxing south end of Siesta Key with a beautiful bay view from your balcony and bedroom window. Enjoy the amazing Siesta Key sunsets on your own private beach. The unit comes fully furnished, with a large 50” SmartTV in the living room with another SmartTV in the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking, including pots/pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer on site, just outside of unit. Clean extra bedding and towels are also provided.
The condo complex has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. There are 2 private, heated pools with restroom accessibility at both pools. The beach is a 2 minute stroll from your condo. On the way to the beach, stop at the private cabana to pick up your beach chairs and your umbrella. Beach towels are provided! There are two private docks for fishing and watching the dolphins and the manatees. Additionally, you will find two gas grills and picnic tables for your outdoor barbecues.
Two restaurants are within walking distance, and if you enjoy nightlife, take the free trolley that runs up and down Siesta Key to Siesta Village. You will not be disappointed in this condo!

Summary: Beautiful spacious condo that sits right across the street from Turtle Beach and short drive right down the street from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Our second stay at Dawn and Jon’s condo. Highly recommended!
