Double futon in play room of fully remodeled light-filled basement. Bedrooms 1-3 share full bath with tub. Half bath on main level. Beautiful just-remodeled kitchen [new pics shortly], dining, living space with French doors to large patio, garden, yard. Dining table, breakfast-nook table, large outdoor dining table plus outdoor sitting area. Gas grill. Office/piano room, large basement play room with darts, TV, large laundry room. Zoned heating/air conditioning keeps house perfectly cool in summer. Two TVs, wifi. Owners are experienced VRBO renters with 5-star rating who clear and clean the house professionally for visitors.

Summary: This home is inviting, well organized and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need (and instructions how to use them) is available for your use. Our son attends UO and we stayed for a football weekend; easy walk to campus, on a beautiful street and very quiet. The chicken coop in the backyard is adorable! We are already trying to book our next trip back to Eugene and stay at this beautiful home…. Craig and Kari were very easy to deal with and got back to us immediately. I only wish we had stayed longer!!!!
