5 bedroom spot, centrally located, luxurious amenities, thoughtful touches, fully stocked and ready to host you for an amazing stay. Oh yeah, we have a pool too. Large TVs (75") in the Living Room and Playroom. Family friendly set up with games, toys and books.
We had our first rule breakers throw a party, so now I must insist on no more than 6 cars and no more than 15 people in the house at anytime. I will monitor the outdoor cameras to make sure this does not happen again. I have lovely neighbors and I don't wish to disturb them. Also, if anyone smokes in my house, there will be a $500 cleanup charge.
Another word on disturbing the neighbors: PAY ATTENTION to quiet hours (10PM to 7AM), do not go into their yards, do not park in front of their homes, just BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. I have received far too many complaints and the police have even been called. If I get a call from one of them, I will call you to correct and if you don't, you will be removed.
Also! Do not sit on the walls of the pool. They are not designed to carry your weight. That's why there is a deck.
