Newly constructed, this condo's tastefully decorated open concept, highlights a well-appointed kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and granite island for additional dining space. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, fireplace, and smart T.V. The large master suite includes a queen bed, T.V and access to your personal balcony. The gorgeous master bathroom combines a stunning custom tile shower, and double vanity. The lay out of the second bedroom includes a queen bed, with easy access to the hallway's full bathroom. The Residences of Light House Cove building is loaded with great amenities, including a fitness room, indoor/outdoor pools, and private beach area with scenic views of Rehoboth Bay. The building's elevators also assist in making the short trip back and forth to the beach, much easier. Located in the vicinity of award winning restaurants, night spots, and famous Grotto Pizza, experience for yourself what the Dewey Beach buzz is about!
