Fair Winds is a fully equipped, 2BR/2B, bay view vacation home conveniently located in historic downtown Palacios. It is within walking distance of restaurants and some of the nicest public fishing facilities on the South Texas coast. Enjoy free, first-class amenities including a swimming beach, protected boat launch, lighted fishing pier, miles of bayside parks, playgrounds, and picnic areas, just a short walk from your front porch.
Speaking of the front porch, it is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The combination living/kitchen area has a satellite TV and a sleeper sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a four-burner cooktop with a full oven, coffee and tea bar, a microwave, and service settings for eight.
All bedrooms feature lamps with USB ports for easy charging of all electronic devices.

Summary: This is the second time we've stayed here and very much enjoyed it! We did notice that there were towels left in the dryer and the floor needed to be swept. The beds were made and the bathrooms were clean. That didn't affect our stay and we love the location! We will be back again to see Donna El Gotto! Also, the grass needs to be cut.
