It’s central heat and air will keep your family or fishing buddies most comfortable during your stay. Rooms have lots of space for all of you and your gear. Fully stocked kitchen is ready if you want to prepare meals and there is a large dining area with table and chairs. The large living room has 2 cozy couches with a 55” TV connected to our high speed fiber internet with wifi. Bedroom 1 has privacy and plenty of space with a new King mattress. Bedroom 2 has two premium full size mattresses(Tempurpedic Supreme) and two twin mattresses with lots of open space to house the crew in comfort! The large bathroom is located in the hall conveniently between both bedrooms with a bonus toilet in the garage giving you 2 toilets. Two huge porch areas overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine grass with lots of shade trees provides the perfect hangout spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage.
