Come stay at our beautiful home for your masters vacation! On 4 acres in a sought after neighborhood and only 16 miles from the Augusta National! Features a long circular drive with plenty of parking!

Upon entering the house, stairs meet you to direct you up to the second floor and our media room greets you on the right. Our media room is geared towards kids with comfortable seating, 65 inch smart TV, Nintendo Switch, toys galore, art supplies, etc.
Past the media room is a hallway with a linen closet with games as well as first aid supplies. There is a large half bath on the main floor with extra utilities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, pool towels etc if needed.
This opens to the main level where you will find a 6 person dining table and 4 high top chairs for the kitchen island. Oversized couch with plenty of seating and comfortable leather chairs in the living room, with a gas fireplace, and 75 inch smart TV with access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, and YouTube TV for sports.
Kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. You will be provided with essentials needed for cooking such as flour, sugar, and spices for your use. The butler closet has all needed appliances, microwaves, mixers, air fryer, toasters etc. Other items, such as trash bags and dishwashing supplies will be provided. Garage will be locked and not for use.
Upstairs there is an additional full bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Bedroom 2- one queen bed, one 42 inch TV, Xbox
Bedroom 3- one queen bed
Bedroom 4/master bedroom- king bed, 43 inch TV, en suite bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet.
Each bedroom will have a clothing rack available for use. Closets will be locked.
The backyard features a screened porch that overlooks a fenced pool with waterfall feature. Outdoor activities provided- cornhole, giant connect four, giant Jenga, pop up soccer goals. You will also find a covered cabana with outdoor bathroom and outdoor shower. Grill area includes Recteq pellet smoker, Blackstone, and Kamodo Grill with comfortable couch seating and a propane fire table
There is also a trampoline and a fire pit in the back yard. All pool linens will be provided.
Additional queen air mattress is avaliable as well as XL dog crate if needed. 2021 GMC Acadia Denali avaliable for additional rental through turo.
