-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.

Summary: I was worried about the house feeling small based on reviews and photos but they do not do the size justice! It is so spacious and well laid out, more than PLENTY of room for 8 people. The pool is as stunning as it looks and was heated to the perfect temperature when we arrived. The beds, linens & supplies in general are incredible and the host is so accommodating. Any hiccup we had was handled promptly and they went above and beyond to correct any issue. This stay truly felt like you were visiting a, beyond generous, family friend.
