This private, animal-free* home, managed by Nifty Bug Rentals, has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Originally ‘The Priest House’, parts of the home date close to 100 years. Guests feel the pulse of a New England community while maintaining a feeling of coziness and privacy. Conveniently located near Tilton's Market, Post Office and High School. Only 15 minutes from Androscoggin Riverlands State Park, 25 minutes from Bates College in Lewiston and 1 hour from Portland. Ski and snowboard at Black Mountain (45 minutes), Mt Abram (45 minutes), Lost Valley (25 minutes), Pleasant Mountain (52 minutes), Sunday River (60 minutes) or Attitash/Wildcat (1 hour 30 minutes). 4 to 5 Guests can comfortably share this rental with 2 bedrooms and a third optional bedroom. Wifi and Apple TV included. Please note that the AC is not central air conditioning. There is a new air conditioner in the upstairs master bedroom and the loft and living room have ceiling fans. To keep our cleaning fee low on our full cottage, we charge an additional daily fee of $10 per person per stay for more than 2 guests. Infants staying with a couple in the master bedroom are not included as additional guests. (*Due to severe allergies, our listing is an animal-free zone.
