ON THE RIVER LOCATION! Enjoy summer on the Columbia River! Million dollar views from the deck or the lawn. Walk directly across the lawn to access the River. Bring your water toys for the river! If you like, we have some river equipment with kayaks and paddle boards available on site at no cost (must sign our extra waiver).
Available again in 2024! (last time available was 2021)
Bedrooms: King, Queen, Queen+Single, and Queen sleeper in family room. Also a cot is available for a 10th guest (child only).

Please respect neighbors with quiet time outside/on decks after 10pm please.

Both levels of this home have view patios. Kitchen has all basic amenities. Two garage slots available including electric car charging up to 40amps (Nema 14-50 outlet adapter ready, bring your charging cord). PLUS parking for 5 cars in front of the home/garage The side of home is also available to park your motor-home or boat. Small town of Quincy with grocery stores is 13 minutes away, or go North to Wenatchee for every choice of shopping only 30 minutes away (including Costco, Walmart, and everything in between).
This family vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping up to 9 using 2 queen beds, king bed, single bed, and sleeper sofa (please limit to 8 adults in total). Large bedroom on lower level has King "Purple" brand bed and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom on lower level (previously the bunk room) now has a new queen bed and a single bed. 3rd bedroom on the main level has a Queen "Casper" brand bed. A quality sleeper sofa in the lower level family room folds out to accommodate 2 adults.
This riverfront home is just 3 miles upriver of Crescent Bar Recreational Area. *Launching trailered boats is ONLY at the Recreation Area 3 miles down stream (the launch pad in the adjoining private park to us is NOT available). See boat launch website: https://www.waboatlaunches.com/crescent-bar/. You have full access to ~1/4 mile of Grant County PUD grassy shoreline "Columbia Cliffs" along the Columbia River directly attached in front of the home.
Large pantry to store food off of the kitchen. Extra fridge in the garage also available. All new HVAC system in 2022.
NOTICE: this is a multilevel home and NOT ADA compatible on any level.
If you have a dog, it must be on leash outside of the home. There is no fenced yard.
Fair pricing! Low one-time cleaning fee $300 (may show on VRBO as a “host fee) and insurance. No extra fees/gotchas for kids, dog, car charging, river equipment use, etc.
IF INTERESTED IN LONG STAY, inquire about lower winter rates (after having been a guest during the summer).
Late May and later September are the sweet spots to rent in this area, before/after the tourist season, and still amazing weather!

Summary: We had a great stay at Jonathan’s home. The property was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. The host was a great communicator and ensured we had all that we needed to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property, particularly for groups interested in spending time on the water (there are boat and jet ski rentals nearby) or visiting the Gorge (there is a nearby shuttle). Overall, 10/10 stay.
