Come and enjoy the small town atmosphere of Bedias, Texas at Chateau Ninety. Located in the heart of downtown Bedias (population 443), this home is only 40 minutes from College Station and Texas A&M University, and only 12 miles to the midpoint station of the upcoming Dallas-to-Houston Texas Bullet Train.

This 1940s/50s home is nostalgic and full of old world charm and is beautifully decorated with a hint of a French "chateau" flair. For those who love to shop, there is a fun, unexpected twist, in that many of the items throughout the house are available for purchase. Continental breakfast is also included.

The entertainment center consists of a 52" HD TV with Amazon Fire TV and a DVD player, with many DVDs to choose from. The console stereo is a throw-back which features TV audio, AM/FM stereo, and a turntable, with several albums available.

The covered patio at the rear of the house is a great place to grill and enjoy an outdoor dinner. Amenities include a grill, 2 tables with seating, additional patio chairs, & a bench swing. There is much fun to be had with a croquet set, dart board, and table games. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Guests have full use of the entire 1800 sf home.

Convenience, liquor, and hardware store are within walking distance. A Dollar Store and cafe are just blocks away. Summary: Miss Patty made us feel very welcome. She had plenty of games on the patio. We played darts and checkers while we were there. She was very helpful with directions which I later realized was posted on the side of the refrigerator. We were there only for one night, but would considering staying again if we’re ever in that area.
