View wildlife (fox, eagles, deer, bears, swans, ducks, geese) and take in spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the expansive deck. The large common area’s oversize windows offer lake and mountain views while the bedrooms look into pine and aspen forest. Summary: This was one of a very few two bedroom rentals left when we booked it. There were 2 positive things about this place. It had great Starlink wifi and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the house is in need of a lot of updating, maintenance and stocking of necessary items. There is one bathroom with NO LOCK on the door!! Not all bedroom windows had covering. We were supplied with ONE dish towel and there is no dishwasher OR washer/dryer to launder this one towel. We knew there was no dishwasher but ONE TOWEL?We had to use extra bath towels to dry dishes. The manual left with the house said there would be a dish cloth supplied but there was not. We had a grungy sponge. The kitchen supplies were abysmal. See the pictures below for the amount of dishes we had. Every day when we would return from hiking, there were at least 20 flies all over the house. We could not figure out where they were getting in. All windows were closed and locked yet we were faced with killing flies for half an hour before we could make dinner and relax. Some of the decor and furniture were terrible. There's this huge great room with decent leather furniture we all could sit in but the only tv was in this small room with a smelly couch. The road to get to this place is gravel and full of potholes. It's like off-roading each time you leave. Only stay here if there are no other options in the East Glacier area.
