Historic Fitch Cottage - An Eagles Mere classic cottage which sits on Eagles Mere Avenue, and is just a short stroll from the Sweet Shop, Outlet Pond, Laurel Path and the Hardley Able - which provides easy access to the beach. This is a wonderful old cottage that is tailor-made for an extended family vacation. An amazing wrap-around porch with plenty of wicker furniture and a hammock invites you to bask in awe of Eagles Mere. A back deck and screened in porch with Adirondack chairs and comfortable rockers provide the perfect setting for reading, sitting or an afternoon cocktail.

FIRST FLOOR: Walk into the old-fashioned Eagles Mere interior wood rooms that invite relaxation. Large living room with wood burning brick fireplace and quiet nook area for playing board games, cards or reading. Spacious dining room for seating up to eight. Kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and old-world charm; powder room and large enclosed porch and ping-pong table.

SECOND FLOOR: A great old staircase leads to 4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with a full-size bed. The only bathroom on this floor has a yesteryear style bathtub.

THIRD FLOOR: 3 Bedrooms - 1 enormous room fits a king size bed comfortably, 1 bedroom with a full-size bed which has a view of the lake and a bedroom with 2 twins. Bathroom with shower only.

LOWER LEVEL: Nice space for entertaining. A living room with DVD TV(no cable), a den with a door that leads to a screened porch and large deck. A full bath with an extensive shower and tile floor that has a washer & dryer. A bedroom with 2 twin beds; bedroom a single bed; bedroom queen bed; bedroom with a single bed; full bathroom with a shower only.
