🚭 NO SMOKING inside. $50 cleaning fine will be charged if housekeeping has to clean up cigarette butts. Smoke can come into the home through windows and doors. If smoke odor of any type is detected in the home a minimum of $500 deodorizing fine will be charged.
🔊 Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm-8AM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. This is a luxury neighborhood and the neighbors will report noise violations.
🚫 Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Arizona wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 70 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
