3) A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. If it is not signed within 24 hours of your booking, or prior to your arrival date (whichever comes first) your stay will be cancelled.
4) Pool and hot tub hours are 9am to 8pm daily. Reach out in advance if temperatures are a consideration for your stay.
5) While children are warmly welcome, please note the home is not childproofed.
6) This is not a party venue. We ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and treat this home with the same care they would their own. We have a zero tolerance policy and will cancel the reservation immediately for anyone over the allowed number of guests.
