Amazing luxury tiny house on 1 acre with swimming pool (in the summer) and fully fenced in and gated property. Built feb 2022, everything new and has an Airfryer :) Only me and my son live in the main house across the 2 acres on the property and nobody will bother you. You will have lots of room for parking and cooking out or for privacy and relaxing outside in nature. Pet friendly area but you must keep dogs on a leash please :)
This house has a beautiful pine wood ceiling and the most comfortable NEW bed from Rooms To Go with an extra fluffy water proof cover. It also has 2 lofts with 2 very soft new twin beds good for kids, teens or adults if they don’t mind climbing a short ladder. The lofts are fun and relaxing and they have power outlets and lights. This place is very beautiful and has a HORSE CORRAL next door in case you need it for a small fee. This house is close to everything and 15 min to Ft Worth down town. 3-5 miles from lakes. This house has super fast internet with 1 gig speed! (Spectrum business internet). The SWIMMING POOL is fun with a LARGE COVERED DECK and beautiful lights in the evening and it has tables and chairs and Bluetooth boom box :) Please take my kayaks to the lake for free or ride the bicycles on the property or on the roads. There’s also a large pet area and barn with free washer and dryer! bonfire area and hammocks!

5 star service and guaranteed perfect hospitality comes with this comfortable studio house. HAS A SWIMMING POOL DURING THE SUMMER ONLY. HAS A LARGE COVERED DECK/STAGE WITH RADIO :)
This is a safe space with a real country feel to it. *I have a clean storage building I can rent to you if you need it.
You’re very welcome to walk around in the nice big yard or creek and listen to the birds or look at the bright stars while laying on the hammock. You can also sit on the lawn chairs by the fire pit and relax. In the summer a swimming pool is available. You will have your own grille outside the house and a hammock between trees and picnic table.
*Remember I will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries. Keep kids safe and don’t allow them near the pond or pool alone.
Guest access—
Entire house and front and back yard. Don’t forget to have fun and go hang out in the big yard and lay on the hammock and let your pets run free in the reserved 1/4 acre pet area next to the barn :)

Fun simple place. Any questions feel free to ask! :) *****If you need a grocery store or restaurant just use your gps to go to the nearest Walmart (about 2 miles away) and you will see all the stores and restaurants and small businesses on the way to the Walmart. Everything. The big city has to offer is also here in this small peaceful town.
***I actually have my own automotive shop so let me know if your car or truck needs anything. Also, Please feel at home and explore and let me know if you have any questions. Nobody is going to bother you here. The other 3 cabins across the property have 5 star guests with perfect reviews and those are the only type of guests I allow on the property. No bad and crazy people here I promise.
