This home is located on a half acre and on a dead end street. Plenty of parking 5 bedrooms 3 full baths, large deck, two fenced yards. one partial and one open area for volleyball or other games. Only one mile to the town of Olney where you will find excellent restaurants the Olney Theatre, Plenty of Spas to pamper yourselves, great Golf courses nearby, and so much more. You can also walk less than a mile to catch a bus to DC. Dogs 35.00 per night. stainless steel kitchen appliances washer/dryer. Hard wood floors on upper level and carpeted bedrooms. This location is also convenient to Baltimore and about an hour to Annapolis. ICC inter connector highway is one mile away but you will need an easy pass. This will get you places quick. There is tennis, indoor swimming and racket ball one mile away as well as basketball. To get to DC walk half mile to Hines and Georgia ave. It takes 12 minutes on the bus and is only 6.7 miles away or you can park your car at the station. Dont forget to watch the video . A new video coming soon to show the basement. Ignore reviews about not having the house to yourselves. I do not rent the basement out anymore. The whole house will be yours except the garage. Almost everything that you will need except for papertowels, napkins and laundry detergent

Summary: My family of 6 enjoyed this spacious private home-away-from-home. Check-in was easy, property was as advertised, owner was available and interested in providing a good experience. I would stay here again for a location convenient to Washington DC and surrounding areas.
