House built in 2014, upgraded eat in kitchen, dining room, tvs (with golf channel) in all bedrooms, and living room! 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry room, and toddler room upstairs (32' HDTV). Double entry doors invite you into a large comfortable Owner’s retreat featuring a sitting room with vaulted ceiling with 60' HDTV. Owner’s bath has his and her vanities, jetted tub, separate shower, and his and her walk-in closets. Additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with separate vanities with 40”HDTV, or have a private bath. Downstairs full kitchen, formal living room, dining room, den, 5th bedroom with 36' HDTV with full bathroom, and half bath! Summary: The photos of the home do not convey how much space there is. Even with the couples who stayed with us in the home, we felt like we had room to move around and not feel like we were in tight quarters. I also had my own space in the dining room to work. And let’s not forget the pool. That was the highlight of my family’s stay. Communication was great with the homeowners and they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this home to others.
