This 5-bedroom 4 full bath home has been updated throughout. Located across the street from the Indian River Bay with access to the community boat launch and fishing pier. This reverse floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry and a second entertaining area on the 2nd floor. There is also a deck off the back bedroom as well as the entertaining area. The 3rd floor offers an open kitchen/living area that opens up to a large deck and a screened porch. There is plenty of seating for entertaining and terrific view of the bay. Tenants will enjoy a gas grill on the back deck. The 4th floor offers a private master retreat with access to a screened porch and stairs leading up to the rooftop deck. Enjoy watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck! You won't be disappointed.
For those who are unable to do stairs, no worries! There is a working elevator in the home that goes to all levels. This home offers 2 separate laundry areas as well as a large garage with ample storage space for your water toys. There is an outdoor shower plus off-street parking for 4 cars.
So many area attractions that include golf courses, numerous restaurants, and night life that are all within a few miles of the home. Boats and watercraft are welcome, dont forget to bring yours! There is a public boat launch just a 2.6 miles down the road at- Rosendale Public Boat Ramp, as wells as, public fishing pier. The home does have a ring camera on the front door as well as cameras around the outside of the home.
There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. No more than 2 dogs and no more than 60lbs. Breed restrictions apply. The following breeds will be restricted unless otherwise noted below: Boxer, American Bulldogs, American Pit Bull Terriers, Huskies, Doberman Pinchers, Chow Chow, Rottweilers
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $264.
