Sleeps 12 in beds with big sectional couch that will sleep 2 extra and plenty of room for a queen air up. There are 3 bedrooms.
You are going to love the summer fun at our lake house we have a shared dock that is great for fishing, swimming and diving off of since the water is 8 feet deep that is on the left side of the property, there is also a new dock in the middle of the property to pull your boat up to and swim off of.
Outside has a beautiful yard with 100 feet of private Lake access with a sandy bottom for swimming. There are three different sitting areas outside. The first sitting area is under the patio has a small bar, table and chairs, four chairs that have deep sitting cushions for maximum comfort there is also a ping pong table and darts. The second area is by the lake and the third is on the covered upstairs balcony. The yard has a two person hammock, sunbathing loungers, horseshoes and other games. For barbequing there is an Oklahoma Joe smoker/grill. The yard is fenced on three sides but there is no fence leading into the lake.
There is a boat launch just 50 feet from the house and two other boat launch areas within 3 miles.
This two story house features the living areas upstairs and the entertainment/bar area downstairs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, two Full bathrooms a custom kitchen and a large deck to sit outside and watch the sun set over the lake. The downstairs has a bar area, sitting area, poker table and TV and another full bathroom with a rain shower. The windows and french doors overlook the lake.
Sleeping: The first bedroom has a memory foam comfortable queen sized bed overlooking the lake. It features a full sized bathroom. The second bedroom has an extra comfortable queen sized bed with a rustic wood ceiling. The third bedroom has a full sized bed and two bunk bed. The new lazy boy couch downstairs folds out to a queen sized bed. It had a new type of mattress that is springs in the bottom and air in the top. making for a very relaxing sleep. The sectional couch in the living room can sleep two people if needed or you can put down our queen sized blow up mattress down in the living room or downstairs where there is lots of room.
Kitchen: Features a double oven, oversized refrigerator, and built in microwave. We have plenty of dishes, pots and pans, two crook pots, deep fryer and coffee maker. The large breakfast bar is great for eating, sitting and talking, or laying out dinner.
Living room: The living room has a sectional couch, two regular chairs and a big round chair that the kids love laying in and watching TV in or sleeping in. There is a big 60 inch TV with cable and Netflix. The WIFI box is under the TV. There are four huge windows overlooking the lake. Outside the living room door is a deck that overlooks the lake.
Bathrooms: There are two full sized bathrooms upstairs and a full sized bathroom downstairs that features a rain shower.
Downstairs. We call this the fun area, it has another TV, bar area with refrigerator, microwave and stand alone ice maker, poker table and another table to play games.
There is a Brookshires just 5 minutes away or Walmart 10 minutes away with plenty of good restaurants, a movie theater and a bowling alley. Five minutes away there is a great entertainment place for the kids called Whats Up. They feature games, a rock climbing wall, laser tag, paintball and Go Karts. There are three places that you can rent boats and jet ski's or you can call Splash of fun in Ennis TX where you can rent jet ski anywhere from $100.00 a day to $200.00 a day.
