Summary: Easy check-in process and good communication. Comfortable home which was updated and suited most of our needs. Great location. First evening was very warm in the bedrooms area. It got to 85 degrees outside. The portable AC unit in the living/kitchen area kept that area cool enough for sure, but did not really cool off the sleeping areas even with the doors open and turning it on upon arrival and keeping it on through the night. It would be great to have a secondary unit in the bedrooms for summertime unexpected heat waves for sleeping, although the rest of the week was much cooler and we didn't need ac after the first night. Host provided needed supplies and was responsive to us. Convenient to town. Would stay again.
