This 2 bed, 1 bath furnished Fargo Apartment is perfect for both long term and short term stays! Located just off University near various restaurants, grocery stores and parks!
Our units are completely furnished including bedding! Our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and dishware! Take advantage of our complimentary WIFI and smart TV's in the unit as well! Just log in with your favorite streaming services.
We've been told our units feel "just like home" and our staff is always there to assist!
Please no pets!
Upon check out please watch for check out instructions! We don't ask much of our guests - just that bedding is stripped from all beds that were slept in and trash taken out to the dumpster located behind the building!
The Space:
Washer and dryer are located in a shared laundry room in the building and are coin operated.
Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment.
Guest Access:
Guest will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit. A door code will be supplied in the check in instructions 2 days before check in so please watch for that.
