Three bedrooms upstairs, with eat in kitchen, large dining room, large living room, and a study on the main floor with 1/2 bath. Walk to downtown restaurants, pubs, or city events center. Situated in the classic neighborhood of old Mandan, this restored 1928 home was one of the last homes built before the Great Depression. Ideal for traveling business person, or perfect for family reunions with the spacious front porch, large dining room and family room for watching TV or video games. Off street parking for 3 vehicles. We have two decade + experience offering short term rentals, and this is the latest home of our four homes of what we like to call Dakota Historic Homes network. Summary: Plenty of room for the kids to play. Comfortable home and neighborhood. The AC units kept us cool and comfortable while sleeping on the hot nights. Well equipped kitchen.
