Location, location, location! 5 min drive or 10 walk to Downtown Boise and all of our best restaurants and nightlife, 5 min drive to BSU, St. Lukes Hospital, our river and Greenbelt, as well as hiking trails. Gorgeous, freshly remodeled and artfully designed historic 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with living room, office/parlor and formal dining room. Beautifully appointed backyard and flume (waterway) along the side of the house. Close to everything! Best location ever!
