3 Bedroom House in Safe Harbor, Port Aransas

Diving Dolphin beach cottage is decorated with beach vibes to give you and your guests a comfortable, relaxed vacation. Since there are no stairs - the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry and pool are all on the same level making it easy for anyone to get around. We are located on the beach side of 11th street only a few hundred yards from the Gulf and a short 1/4 mile walk, ride or drive to access road 1-A.
As you pull down the street, you will notice our white picket fence and large front porch, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. Out back you will find a private outdoor living area with an in-ground pool big enough for volleyball and tranquil enough for lounging. The pool features a sunbathing deck to relax in the sun or to play with the little ones.
The fenced backyard also has green grass for kids to play and for pets! We understand that enjoying a vacation for a lot of people means bringing their pets along with them so please know that we are pet friendly and welcome them to enjoy our home as well!
As you walk in the front door, you will be greeted in an over-sized great room with shiplap walls and matching floors paired with granite counter tops. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen TV with cable. If you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped along with a charcoal BBQ on the patio. This home comes complete with a washer and dryer, cookware and serving dishes. Plenty of utensils, and small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker.
Diving Dolphin's master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and en-suite master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and TV. The bunk room boasts two twin-over-twin bunk beds. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we have a pull-out queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Throughout the house you will find plenty of storage and closet space to bring whatever you need and stay as long as you would like!
We are perfected located for golf cart access to anywhere in town, close to golf course, shops, eateries, galleries, and anything else you might want to do.
