Upstairs you will find 2 Queen bedrooms with TV, and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own toilet & sink room, then share the shower/tub in between.
Downstairs has an open concept den/sleeping room. Two sofas (one is a sofabed), a 42" TV and 2 Twin Beds. Downstairs also has a bathroom with a shower, a washer/dryer and a 2nd patio area for relaxing. Enjoy your meals outdoors while BBQ'ing with a gas grill.

Castellon Courts townhomes offer an area to sit around and chat outdoors facing the lake. We also have a gazebo, benches for fishing that overlook the lake also.
HSV is the largest gated community in the U.S. We have two security gates for entrance (and East Gate and a West Gate). This property is closer to the west gate.
Shopping at WalMart or Brookshire's Grocery is less than 2 miles from the gate. HSV has 9 pristine championship golf courses and several lakes for boating. Balboa Lake offers pontoon boat rentals, kayaks, tubing, etc. It has a sandy beach with a roped off swimming area and picnic tables. DeSoto lake offers Waypoint marina, which also rents boats and sells live bait for fishing. This is walking distance from our townhome. HSV offers guests use of our Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, Mini Putt-Putt golf, Fitness Center, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools for a small daily/weekly fee. We offer 22 miles of various hiking/walking trails within the Village. Playground area & basketball hoops are close by. A bowling center is located just south of the west gate.
A short 20-minute drive to nearby Hot Springs National Park offers the famous Bathhouse row, lots of specialty stores for fun shopping. Horse Carriage rides, H.S.Tower, Garvan Gardens Botanical Gardens, self-guided baseball tour, Oaklawn Horse-racing & Casino. There's also Duck Tours, Escape Room experience, Maxwell Blade Comedy Magic Show (kid friendly). The area also provide mineral digging experience, a zip-line, horseback riding, and much more.
Kids will love Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, the Alligator Farm, Mid-America Children's Science Museum, Aquarium, Gangster museum, Go-Karts, Miniature golf, etc.
