Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house cottage on Lake Hamilton. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy while fishing, swimming, and enjoying the peaceful outdoor space. You are just a short drive from the Hot Springs National Park and its historic downtown bath houses (17mi), Oaklawn Race Track & Casino (17mi), Magic Springs Theme Park (20mi), Mid-America Science Museum (14mi), and much more.
The Cottage is approximately 250 ft from Lake Hamilton's shoreline where you may fish, swim, kayak, paddleboard, go boating, or just enjoy the view. Located just off the main channel on the Big Mazarn River, this cottage has a small boat ramp and a shared boat dock, a boardwalk, a picnic area with a pavilion, and a fire pit. The quiet wooded neighborhood provides an opportunity to see deer, fox, turkey, and other wildlife.
The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and small office space. There is room for a family of six. Absolutely, NO parities allowed. Quiet hours are 9 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes a private back porch and yard. They also have access to the shared space at the water's edge. The shared space includes a small boat ramp, pavilion, boardwalk, dock, firepit, and swimming area.
Please note - Lake Hamilton is regulated by Entergy which does an annual drawdown beginning November 1st and refill beginning March 1st to allow for dock repair and algae control. Access to the water from our dock during the drawdown is not possible.
Small dogs are allowed in the cottage but must be housebroken. Larger dogs must be approved by management. The pet fee is $35 per stay per pet. Please notify management if bringing a service animal.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the cottage. Additional charges will be applied to cover damages including steam cleaning if smoking occurred inside the cottage. Smoking is permitted outside only. An ashtray is provided on the back deck. Please dispose of cigarette/cigar butts in the ashtray.
The property is monitored with outside security cameras to protect it from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the cottage.
