Charcoal grill on the partially-covered back patio also has outdoor seating for 8. Firepit for s'mores. Expansive front deck. 2 bedrooms, a loft & pullout sofa sleeps 8 total. 1 mile to Lake DeGray, 5 miles to Arkadelphia, 15 miles to Hot Springs. Cuddle up in this comfortable abode with central heat & air. Bring an ear of corn to put on the squirrel feeder in front, relax in 1 of the rockers on the big deck & enjoy watching the squirrels while they watch you! The bird feeders in front & in back provide additional entertainment. Also enjoy the sounds of the stream that runs in Spring, close to the front deck. The loft has its own small balcony with an overview of the whole backyard.
